the uncle of 6-year-old noah pozner who was among the 20 children killed at sandy hook elementary told anderson there were fake websites, facebook pages and e maims going around asking for donations in noah's name. drew griffin and david fitzpatrick tracked one of those e-mails to a woman in the bronx and went to her house. her name is noah alba. here is what happened next. >> hi. are you ms. alba? you set up donations on behalf of one of the victims of the newtown tragedy. no? here is your name and address on the e-mail. can i come in with a camera crew? no. >> she eventually agreed to let her voice be recorded and denied she had anything to do with the e-mail asking for donations. here's more of what she told producer david fitzpatrick. >> this says -- this has your e-mail on it right there. this is about noah pozner's funeral. >> i've never seen this. >> take a look. it's got your e-mail all over it. second page. your paypal account. a bank routing number you say you're set up. >> that's not my paypal account. i mean, i have a paypal account like that. >> is that your e-mail? it say

the sandy hook elementary school. this morning at 9:30 eastern time, the country is invited to observe a moment of silence along with newtown. there's been an endless procession of grief to remember all of these victims. three more funerals will be held today. this morning at 9:30 eastern time in connecticut and across the entire nation, a moment of silence will be observed followed by the ringing of church bells. that will happen 26 times. cnn's poppy harlow is live in newtown, connecticut. good morning to you, poppy. >> reporter: good morning, zoraida. you see the volunteers behind me here. 5:00 a.m. in the morning, they're working trying to keep this makeshift memorial beautiful for this town. it's one of so many that has sprung up across newtown. at 9:30 eastern this morning, the world will be grieving and remembering with this entire community, that moment of silence will be felt around the world. also, you're going to hear church bells ringing across this town 26 to 28 times for all of the victims. the president himself, the white house says, will also observe a moment of silence
for their slow response from superstorm sandy and getting power turned back on for those residents who were in the dark and the cold for a couple of weeks. our plans changed a little bit last night. we decided to spend the night in clarks summit because the road conditions deteriorated and we didn't want to go farther north. the borough president told me their snow totals were down last year and they were able to stockpile some of the salt from the roadways last year and that's what they're using for this storm. council president says they're happy this first snowstorm of the season hasn't been a major blizzard for them. >> we're on a good track this year and, you know, the weather, you take what you get. and, we're going to make lemonade out of it i guess. >> reporter: and for holiday travelers trying to make it home this weather has really thrown a wrench into their plans. a jetliner in pittsburgh actually got trapped somehow in the snow on the tarmac. as far as cancellations go, there were 1600 of them yesterday. more than 500 already today. and the airports in newark, new jersey, and al

of the children is ready to go to court. >> reporter: two weeks after a gunman opened fire inside sandy hook elementary a new haven lawyer is asking permission to sue the state of connecticut for $100 million. >> i'm saying for a fact that the state didn't do enough to provide for their safety. >> reporter: attorney irving pinsky represents the child, a 6-year-old who survived. she's traumatized of what she saw and heard in the school. >> the whole thing came down on the intercom, the screaming, the cursing, the bang bang bang and her friends are dead. >> reporter: pinsky filed the claim last week claiming that the state failed to protect the child and as a result she suffered trauma and injury. in all 20 children died and six staffers. staffers credited with trying to save lives. on pinsky's facebook page hundreds have expressed outrage. sickening. simply sickening. another wrote should be disbarred and jailed for abuse of the system and trauma caused to the parents whose children actually died. pinsky insists the lawsuit is not about money. >> hello. we didn't do en
